Use ChatGPT, to scan your target accounts daily for news-driven trigger events, funding, M&A, layoffs, exec shifts. Perfect for timing your outreach when attention is highest.

Step-by-Step Instructions:
  1. Create Your Territory List PDF

    Export your list of company names, one per line.

  2. Build a Custom GPT

    • Head to https://chatgpt.com/gpts

    • In the top right corner click→ “Create a GPT”

    • Call it Account Triggers/ News Updates

    • Paste this instruction:

      “You’ll receive company names. Look up trigger events from the past 2 weeks—M&A, funding, layoffs, exec changes, product launches. Summarize clearly. Include impacted teams or leaders.”

  3. Enable Web Browsing + File Uploads

  4. Upload Your PDF + Prompt GPT

    “Here’s a PDF of companies. Look up any relevant trigger events from the past 14 days and list impacted departments.”

  5. Once created use Intel for Event-Based Outreach

    “Saw [Company] just [did X]. Figured [Y team] is feeling it—happy to share how we’ve helped others in the same boat.”
